MJM (Painters & Decorators) Ltd. take pride in setting the foundations of a new H&S company which is now employed by a host of main contractors including the theatre company owned by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

That company is H&B Safety Consultancy. A company formed in 2011 by Louise Bamford, a H&S Advisor trained by MJM and Richard Hemington, a former construction manager who has worked for a host of major construction contractors throughout the UK.

As a newly formed team, H&B Safety Consultancy boast a wealth of qualifications and experience which MJM feel is an integral element of the way that MJM (Painters & Decorators) Ltd will continue to operate in all aspects of health and safety in the construction industry.

100% of MJM operatives hold the required CSCS card which we feel is the only way to conduct Health & Safety within our business. This is shown by our Platinum Award issued directly to MJM by CSCS.

We have trained First Aiders and numerous qualified CITB accredited Site Supervisors.

MJM (Painters & Decorators) Ltd. have won numerous Health & Safety awards, the most notable from BAM construction who have awarded us on a yearly basis. Awards accredited to us include two GOLD AWARDS, one SILVER AWARD and a FINALISTS AWARD for the London region. All awards were overseen by BAM Managing Director Martin Rogers and Senior Safety Advisor Mark Lockwood.

Our staff attend training courses throughout the year to make sure they are fully compliant with up to date regulations and safe working practices.

All of our training courses are completed with 'Citrus', who are the UK’s leading provider of health & safety training and construction NVQ assessments.
